While the people of Mazatlan were spared by Hurricane Willa, communities about 200 miles south go without power or water in the flooded towns of Teacapan & Escuinapa. YWAM Mazatlan is partnering with Shoulder 2 Shoulder, another ministry serving in Teacapan, to deliver food, water and personal hygiene items.
