CAN-SPAM Act (Federal)

  • You have the right to opt out of commercial emails from any sender at any time.
  • We are required to honor opt-out requests within 10 business days.
  • We may not charge a fee or require you to provide information beyond your email address to process an opt-out.
  • This opt-out applies to future commercial emails. It does not apply to transactional or relationship messages (e.g. a direct reply to your inquiry).

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) — California Residents

  • You have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used.
  • You have the right to delete your personal information from our records.
  • You have the right to opt out of the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information.
  • You have the right to non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently because you exercised your privacy rights.
  • To submit a CCPA deletion request, email privacy@agmaritimemissions.org with the subject line "CCPA Deletion Request". We will respond within 45 calendar days.
