On a hot May afternoon in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico shipyard, YWAM Mazatlan commissioned Amazing Grace during a conference, where over 300 people attended representing thirty countries. Amazing Grace will serve the isolated coastal villages surrounding the Sea of Cortez, Mexico. This covers the state of Sonora and Sinaloa on the mainland as well as Baja California and Baja California Sur on the peninsula.
Amazing Grace will provide basic healthcare and education to the people in the coastal villages. We invite volunteer medical, dental, and professional mariners to participate in our future medical clinics.
