Ministry Celebration Gala

The Ministry Celebration Gala was a huge success! Approximately 130 people gathered for worship, food, a silent auction and of course we raffled off many wonderful donated items including the Jaguar XK8. A special thanks to our church family, San Ramon Presbyterian Church and all who helped to make it a grand celebration. Over $30,000 has been raised through one time giving and pledges thus far. We feel incredibly encouraged and supported.

Gala Portraits

We appreciated the opportunity to share our journey at the gala held on Saturday September 26, 2015. Charlotte currently attends the Navigation and Seamanship course while Noah attends the Kids Foundation School with YWAM SHIPS Kona in Kona, Hawaii. She works with the YWAM Mazatlan team who is also taking the course to establish the YWAM SHIPS Mazatlan organization. Zeus remains in California, due to monthly pledge goal not met, to continue raising funds for the ship. We are about half way to meeting our $70,000 goal to bring the ship to dry dock in the first quarter of 2016.

For those who have pledged, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We raised about $1,200 a month. The monthly support funds will be saved until the ship sails south to Mexico, God willing. We humbly ask for help to raise an additional $2,800 per month to reach our $4,000 per month for our personal support. Please consider contributing $40/month.

With grateful hearts, thank you for your prayers and support! The gala was a wonderful way to launch our ministry!

Dori Hobbs (YWAM Ships Mazatlan Directors) and Charlotte learning to sail and serve together at Ywam Ships Kona. The Hobbs and Ebio families working together to help create the foundation for YWAM Ships Mazatlan.

Zeus stays home in California to keep things running until the funds are raised so he can join the rest of the family, Dori and Ikaika Hobbs, leaders from YWAM Ships Mazatlan. He assisted with producing the annual SRPC Building Bridges video. Building Bridges is an event that our church and several employees of the corporate sponsors participate to make an impact in the San Ramon Valley community.

Noah attends YWAM's Foundation School while Charlotte studies navigation and seamanship at YWAM Ships Kona, Hawaii. Chatelier crews on a snorkle and cruising charter vessel also in Kona, Hawaii.
